Its not just SCG and VCX that CDP is under performing its the entire property index. Check out the disconnect between SLF and CDP. The gap or difference has increased over the past 4 weeks and has never been wider. Its almost as if somebody wants to take this lower no matter what in an effort to scare retail holders out of their positions and scoop up incredible long term bargains.
When you go to hit that sell button just remember this is currently trading this morning at the same price it was 17 years ago in 2003. Imagine being able to buy your house today at the same price it was back in 2003!
