It is 38% after the fall in NTA as at 30 June. I would suspect/hope their focus would be to rebuild more of a margin of safety on the LTV. They paid out $50m or so in distributions over the past 2 years, so there's plenty of scope to reduce the gearing back down fairly promptly if this was their priority (which I hope it is)
