Two points in there for the Executive Team to consider;

1) an extra Bank name to contact

2) a novel repayment scheme, offer the consortium first access to all H.C.Starck payments, goes straight into the lending consortium's account, they take required / agreement monthly payment & within 7 days auto transfers balance to GIP. If I recall correctly, the off-take agreement was stated as largely under pinning the entire project.

GIP still has full control over all tin, other tantalum & eventual feldspar income. Would have to make a Bank happy,no fright, no danger offering by borrower, and first suck of the cherry for the Bankers on a 10 year contract, with a considerably less lending repayment period.
