From historical reporting, Energizer pretty much stopped at Molo after 2012. Other than 200T of test material reportedly taken from the project in 2013 and subsequent (very successful!) pilot test work on those materials in Canada, their progress has been confined to the establishment of a couple of finance-related corporate relationships (but not an off-take agreement).
MGY effectively stopped after 2011. That was the last time they drilled a hole or did anything else besides kicking over rocks, re-reporting old results and re-drafting of old maps. They are currently not even able to answer material questions from SH.
Hopefully now that there have been elections over in Madagascar, things will start to move in the field again. Historically, April-May appears to be the usual time for the kick-off, so I guess we'll wait and see.
Either way, other than for comparison purposes, Energizer progress with Molo is no longer of any real relevance to MGY SH, since our management sold 100% of that project for very poor consideration. The consideration cash has been largely spent, we no longer have any equity in the project and our board seems to be steadily selling our Energizer share allotment to raise more cash - MGY's idea of a CR.
