Ehealth agree that is exactly the strategy the share price MANIPULATOR played (19c prop, sell above then pump through) but in my opinion you are mistaking short term price manipulation in a beaten down relatively illquid small cap (ie manipulation easier with smaller volume), with company actually stuffed.
In fact i personally believe your strange inexpilicable unrelenting interest in this stock, its prospects, share price and incredible good samaritum assistance of keeping others informed of same (ie. Influencing, sorry, i mean just interested in following and sharing your brown starfish hypothesis) actually is better explained as your true economic interest in acquiring shares in this entity once/if it reaches your brown starfish target range.
