Beginning to wonder if the other side of our (potential) secretive Ti offtake, that's with the lawyers, won't be signed until after finance? I think someone else on here has already suggested it but maybe the substantial organisation TNG is in negotiations with, re the Ti, is also up for providing some of the finance as part of the off take deal? or taking an equity stake? or both?
