Process is complex and gov. demands exceed norm-but so it is! Everything is O.K from company viewpoint - just takes time! Hubris and hysteria all products of MB speculation ( including mine ).January is submission date and ML likely ( but no certain as public hearings still needed and important in arriving at final decision ). We will know later 2019! Happy and prosperous New Year! Not ready to buy Tesla as yet but looking at specs!
