We have seen a lot of rubbish on these boards. I am sorry for that. The truth of the situation is slowly coming to light and so given that these misconstrued attacks from certain parties will fail and fade away deflated soon enough. All a sign of how valuable the resource is to everyone given such efforts.

Until then, all that matters is the future and what matters there is GGGs approval to mine and therefore the EIA. It’s clearly the biggest hurdle to overcome before the mining licence (as the SIA and IBA are more simpler formalities that are extremely uncommon to fail).

So where are we with the EIA and what is the TRUTH absent the misaligned rhetoric some try post here?

The EIA has been looked at at considerable length for years. Its been a long wait for many. But now its processed enough for the ERMRA to advise that the approval can be issued subject to closing out a few final outstanding points.

“Greenland’sEnvironmental Agency for Mineral Resource Activities providing a definitivepathway for the Perth based company to obtain the necessary approvals.

Greenland Minerals now has a clear to-do list to advanceits EIA and refine all outstanding issues in order to satisfy the environmentalregulators in country…The additional work required by the regulator mainly surrounds concernsaround tailings storage, which the company already appears to have well inhand, engaging an external consultant to complete the work over the next threemonths...”

“Weare pleased that, after several years of working closely with the Greenlandregulators and their advisers, the range of outstanding issues has beensignificantly narrowed and that clear guidance has been provided to close outthe outstanding items.”

This ERMRA “structured approach” is very welcome news.

“This provides us with confidence thatremaining issues will be resolved early in 2020 and a clear path to publicconsultation will be defined as we move towards completing the licensingprocess.”

So what work is outstanding to complete the application in the eyes of the ERMRA and how long will it take? There are two types. Type 1 and Type 2 items.
    Type 1=

“Most of the additional work isrelated to tailings storage facilities, including:

    • More detailed modelling of scenarios for embankment failure;
    • More detailed review of seismic conditions to validate long-term stability of tailings structures; and
    • A request to investigate the viability of an alternative ‘dry closure’ option for the planned tailings facility.

    Type 2=

“Type 2 issues will be incorporated in ongoingwork around flowsheet design and continuous technical improvement as well as inoptimisation studies for the mine and processing facilities.

All would be completed by early 2020 as stated in the quote above.

All above can also be found here…

So there are no other issues. No thorium. No sampling. No jorc. No fluorine…nothing…Its all been looked at and approved. These things are just being made up by those seeing great value in the company and trying to buy the sp at the lowest price before its potential oncoming boom.

So GGGs seas ahead look clearer sailing from here then its ever been in its history.

Are all GGGs other other fundamentals looking good?

    This one covers it well.

    https://kalkinemedia.com/2019/11/08/glance-through-greenland-minerals-whats-driving-the-advancement-on-kvanefjeld-rare-earths-project/

Including processing with the SIA being accepted:

“Moreover, GGG had filed an application withthe GoG for the mining license, and submitted a navigational safetyinvestigation study, along with an environmental impact assessment and a social impact assessment as supportive documents.

What other advancements and news flow can we soon expect to support the share price?

So given this news what does it mean?

The company continues tobuild a compelling case for the development of Kvanefjeld, which is likely tobe a company maker for this committed rare earths player.”

So reporters and analysts also think this one is going to make it as says the states newspapers

So is it worth buying now?

The chairman seems to think it is given the recent news of him having done so himself. Last time they did this it was right before a strong upturn in sp so maybe expecting the same given knowing all Ive offered above.

What profit is there to be had?

Considering that the sp hit 20 cents several years ago absent far less than what has completed today eg Closing in on EIA with positive outlook, reduced political uncertainty, PFS with staggering IRR and Capex reduced by half to give the lowest cost, lowest capex, longest minelife REE company on the ASX and potentially the world (Im not exaggerating here)

Further with a highered BV at 12 cents than this time when it was 8 cents.

Further still we have now seen the pullback from the request for the EIA to be updated futher and a settling back to 10 cents where orders are building now this past week.

It’s a no brainer to assume the least an sp surge would be well beyond this 20 cents and at a furthered premium given the EIA looks set to be passed in a few more months.

I suspect too with the EIA approved and the market waking up to whats about to hit the REE stage given the relative ease of SIA etc (The share may just gather interest from old holders and new and 10 cents will look like a dreamy buy in point in time for something that analysts already see now should be worth 18-40 cents without the EIA approved or such assurance and $1 beyond on ml approval even all pre the PFS reducing CAPEX and greatly enhanced recoveries. All seemingly yet factored in to these analyst evaluations adding a huge boon for GGG and ease of finance for the project(as they have occurred sincethis evaluation).

Don’t listen to me but the analysts themselves in concluding these numbers and the historical performance of the sp to date showing what Ive shared. The sp chart itself speaks for itself on where things may go.

Im hoping to see a ongoing upward trend again to highered levels and beyond given the closing in upon the assurity of the EIA approval and the companylooking set to become what its been famed worldwide for so long to one day be... where these current prices then could only be seen as a steal given such an eventuation
