Regarding you request for access in the Kvanefjeld EIA report, unfortunately we will not be able to process the request within the 10 business days stated in an earlier email. EAMRA have processed the document for parts of the document need to be excluded based on the following sentence in the Public Access Act: "The right of access to documents does not include information […] on technical setups or procedures or about operational or business conditions and the like in so far as it is of significant, economic importance to the person or business which the information concerns that the request is not met."Before a final decision about what parts or the document are required to be excluded, a stakeholder consultation are required. We currently expect a stakeholder consultation will require 14 days and a further 14 days are needed before a final decision can be made and the requested document can be released, putting the date of release in the middle of July 2020.
