Gafia, let me give you a Chemistry and Geology lesson.
Fist, the Fluoride is NOT Fluorspar, it is NaF, Sodium Fluoride. It not a matter of dispute, that Geology has been done for years and years, check the Greenland Geology website.
The NaF in Kvanefjeld is Villiamite. It is the only place it is found in S.Greenland that I know of, and it is also found somewhere in Russia (maybe on the Kola peninsula).
At Kvanefjeld the Villiamite runs at between 2% and 5%. That translates to NaF at between 20,000ppm and 50,000ppm.
At either the high or the low end (20,000ppm or 50,000ppm), if the NaF gets into and dissolves in water, or if it is released and ingested as dust, it will be absolutely lethal to any animal or human life.
That's your lesson, hope the company has taken it to heart as well. It dangerous and the Greenland Government is thoroughly aware of the situation.
