Whether or not to make an announcement is never a clear cut decision for management or the board.

Listing Rule 3.1 requires a listed entity to disclose information “concerning it” that a reasonable person would
expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities”.

Material Effect means an effect on a financial product that a reasonable person would expect to influence someone's decision to acquire or dispose of the financial product.

Last year we got a price sensitive announcement on the Monday after ECIMA.

In support of that announcement I think It's fair to say that the relaunch of the brand and tie up with C creative coupled with the introduction of the new range of VMOTO Premium and Fleet products added and extra layer of credibility and products outside the JV with Supersoco that materially expand the segments of the market being targeted.

Will the release of new models this year lead to a significant change in the nature or scale of the entities activities?
