The great thing about blade recycling and the renewable energy industry in general is that they are addressing the issues at the front end rather than kicking the can down the road. Creating sustainble industries and jobs as they go.
Before the waste from solar panels and wind turbines gets out of hand, solutions are being found. We are also discovering the benefits in recycling the materials and therefore reducing mining etc.
The other side benefit is that the blade recycling technology is spilling over into other industries. Composites were previously put to landfill because it was " too hard " to recycle them.
Looks like the renewable industry has solved another legacy problem .
