Now we find him on the high moral ground again.
Using the name of the dead in his churlish attempt to weasel his way out of a few speeding capers,no doubt in order to visit and spread good cheer to the lost tribes of Oz.
Or he might just like being in his mota more than respecting the principles of High Office he was mistakenly allowed to occupy.
