I've said in the past that even if they dont mine there will be SP appreciation. Since EIO now own the leases ( yes, there was a time when you belittle EIO for only having options over a mine), lets say they never proceed with the mine but deliver JORC, how much do you think they could sell the leases for? It will vale the SP much higher than current prices ....yes?

You've told us it's your job to state "facts" and do research, could you also move your expert opinion over to FAS and MHL, both of who, IMHO, absolutely destroy shareholder value.
