I think with the copper price below the re-negotiating level we are in serious trouble. I still believe Surda wont become cash flow positive but had decided to hold and hope! If things remain the same its definately game,set, and unfortunately match.

Surely HCL would be made aware that lowering the long term price deal with IRL would send us to the wall!

This brings me to the point, if IRL go broke do we have any ownership rights to any of the refurbished infrastructure? Im wondering if HCL can say "bad luck fellas, thanks for all the cool stuff!" Does anyone know our position if that occurs?
