you might be able to take back some mobile plant (assuming its worth something given the cost of shipping out than to leave), maybe even 'spike the guns' of fixed plant, but underground development is left behind. HCL would win as no one would pay more than scrap value for the steel work on site in order to cart away and HCL could always beat it by a $1.
In the event (and this is only based on the 'what if') Administrators would sell to anyone for an extra $1.
"So long and thanks for all the fish" would be a possible comment from HCL... business is bubsiness
IRL have to make it work at these prices and not expect the benefit of the doubt from HCL unfortunately. Their ability to do that is another question.
