Also, if this negotiation is not finalised before the NABI vote, I'd be pushing a vote of NO CONFIDENCE in the BTA management - by default, I guess this implies a vote of NO to the merger, but I agree with Muzza that holders on both sides cannot make an informed decision about a significant part of what the companies are pinning their future hopes on, if they haven't even negotiated the deal with their partner.

To reiterate, Biota are asking holders to make a decision about the company's future and yet they have left a key determining factor of the future up in the air...

...there is a clear lack of respect of holders here - this is a clear indicator of the poor quality of Biota's management.
