The more I think about it. The better it is to be in the bosom of Uncle Sam when it comes time to aggressively negotiate with DS on ROW (well, at least ROW - America).
I suspect DS will be more inclined to bend over for Biota if its an American based company, with mostly American shareholders, deriving American taxpayer funding via BARDA development and stockpiling monies.
It would be a bad look for DS to take on Biota.
People questioning the deal, need to consider this:
1. Do we want Team PC to negotiate with DS from a position of weakness, prior to going to America? or
2. Do we want Team America to negotiate with DS from a position of strength backed by Predator Drones, Waterboarding, Navy SEALs, and Apple Pie?
