We have been put into a position where we don't have any choice.
I resent that. We have always done the right thing by this company and they haven't returned that trust and created shareholder wealth.
They truely have snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
This is our last throw of the dice and is more about the change of mgmt than the NASDAQ.
