    I am not sure about the cost of applying to list on Nasdaq without cap raising for Biota. But I definitely do not believe that the application for pure listing on Nasdaq will cost Biota $20m. Biota can start with an exchange-traded ADR first. Currently Biota's ADRs are only OTC ADRs.
