    IMO, the Independent Expert Report was prepared basically based on what the management told them. It is not as Powerful as I have expected. I doubt if the Experts were really into the matter of the merger proposal when writing the report. For example, did they mention the instant dilution of the 6m share options vested upon the court approval of the Scheme?

    "42.9 million Nabi shares at the Exchange Ratio of 0.4487" on the page 3, should be "28.328 million Nabi shares at the Exchange Ratio of 0.4487"?


    Just my thoughts.
