Good news on the reader study, congrats to holders. It was supposed to be completed in January though, and submitted "shortly thereafter". They say that the 501K with the reader study will be submitted in April.
But cash in bank is ~3M now, and ~3M needed in total for this and next quarter. Apparently there are some options on offer that are expected to generate some cash. Anybody know approximately how much?
SP currently sits at 50% above recent low of 10c.
Probably a CR/placement incoming, not sure if it will be in the coming weeks, or perhaps on news that the 501K has been submitted.
There is a historical low at around 9.3c, at July '22 and all the way back to May '21. SP will probably sink post CR/placement. Where the SP will end up will depend on what price and when the CR takes place.
