It does look ready to go, but for whatever reason, the sellers at 32/33 have been determined. I am not sure whether its traders unloading short term gains or a large longer term holder unloading for the past several weeks. Regardless, there have been buyers picking up the stock, and the news has only been positive for future SP increases, so it is just a waiting game IMO. I am getting closer though, to buying a few more, because I think the selling is nearing the end and the worst of the market turmoil may be behind us for a few months until, the US economy starts to feel the effects of the ludicrous White House policies.
