Competitors keep getting mention but no one discusses how well do they do the job compared to EchoSolv. They see AI or machine learning, but it doesn't mean it provides the same service or end product. Another user directly asked this is the company, it may be week own searching on these forums for the response they got if it is a concern of yours.
The US is the largest, and most profitable, market in the world. Other markets often rely on how well something is established in the US and whether it has FDA approval.
Another stock I hold has a product that is approved in Japan and is seeking fda approval in the US. They expect to have a significantly larger market and will be able to charge multiples of what they are charging now. If you're worried about income per treatment decreasing at some point, why mid-inflexion point refocus to other regions and smaller markets where we'd also likely have to seek approval?
I think the US focus is the way to go, especially as other indications are addressed which will significantly expand our target market.
