It would be good to know how many shares are still held by Alerte Digital. Their holding is in the name of ADH Pty Td . They held 4.5% at the end of March, so million shares. I seem to recall seeing somewhere that they are a seller. As they sold some at 10 cents in March, if they are selling down or selling out, they would be unloading at these levels hence putting a cap on the share price over recent months.
Does anyone have access to more recent information on shareholder movements, sales and buys?
