I realize you weren't intending to be negative at all. I just wanted to emphasize that the $10m per TCF has unseen potential bonuses for all investors going forward. I think you've pointed out the value of our farmouts...a point that many of the newbies probably don't realize. That's why it gets my back up occasionally when I hear the management criticized unnecessarily but thankfully the most unpopular one of those is no longer with us on HC I see:)

BTW I don't think you meant to say LT sell in that last post either:)
