Permission was not forthcoming at the time it would have been appropriate to flowtest.

I do not know the answer to your question, but I am of the opinion that in light of the circumstances prevailing at that time,(22-9-08),namely, the need to spud in Simpson-1,(1-10-08),the imminent wet season, Rig day rates,etc, were all factors to be taken into account by CTP.

Application to flow test could also have been either merely overlooked by the company or late in being lodged or even tardiness in reply on the part of the NT govt.However, when I queried CTP at the time, I was informed that no permit had been received..

All fairly academic now, I feel.
