All please give the EXS comparisons and less than subtle digs a rest. If their market valuation goes up so does ours. As they say it's okay to be in the worst house in the best street (as you'll always do well) and not vice versa.
If Mick A gets a decent financing deal then they'll be set free....much like our own situation.
