This short video clip, shot from the bridge of the USS Eisenhower, is obviously meant to suggest that "all is well" with the "Ike".
We see an aircraft being recovered; the camera pans the full length of the deck, and a voice (voice-over?) conveniently announces the score of the Red Sox / Tigers baseball game that took place June 2nd.
To me, this is as shady as can be. It adds to the suspicions rather than eliminates them.
Methinks Captain Soggy Cookie is straining just a little bit hard to reassure everyone that "there is nothing to see here" in terms of the Eisenhower having taken a missile strike from the Yemenis last week.
Meanwhile, it's been five days since the Ike's regular twice-a-day cargo deliveries via C-2 transport have taken place.
Very curious indeed ...
Something about this is so off.
