dont care whether its fair or not. i'm out now and i'll sit and wait to see what happens. just think a retrace of 20-30% will be more likely than a 20-30% increased offer. 50% profit in this market is just too tempting. prefer to have the cash to take advantage of other bargains or maybe more agm should it all go pear shaped.
