    did your broker record phone conversations? that is reprehensible behaviour for a professional and has demonstrably cost you. he deserves more than just losing you as a client. arrogant bastard and he's only a glorified desk clerk - these stories really peeve me.

    i genuinely believe that the only value in full service brokers is the occasional inside running on placements.
