Deja vu! Sinatra in his analysis mentioned CMQ and PSD and I can remember reading pretty much the exact words you have written here, written about those two companies before they fell on hard times.
I now have Shirley Bassey ring in my ear...."it's just a little bit of history repeating".
You are right, though, sales are the key thing now.
