In the mean time just count the approx $100,000 net going into the bank every day or approx $750,000 per week or approx $10mil per quarter or approx $40mil per year - which ever does it for you.

Africa is 'cheap' on-shore & we already have a partner. I am buying now & looking at what will happen there in 12-18 months time as my time horizon.
