I've just been contacted by a...what I'd call a knowledgeable 3rd party with experience in this area. It appears that this "quick" process isn't feasible to be applied yet.
So it looks as if we are stuck with 9 months of evaporation.
Sorry if I wasted anyone's time (I certainly wasted mine). There's was just so much info from so many different parties...I thought it we had a goer.
Everything else about AGY is still great.
So that means the stock only goes to 30 cents instead of 90.
