Kiwi instead of asking questions regarding the geology of Mt Kare, maybe you should research share dilution via various ways of raising funds, maybe read up voluntary administration, trading whilst insolvent, etc.

Cash is king. Nothing else matters at this point in time.

IDC had $250k cash at bank on 8 December. If you can't meet liabilities when they fall due, you are technically trading whilst insolvent, with upwards of $10m in current liabilities, this is probably happening with IDC right now.
