All conventional gas came from "unconventional" sources somewhere, as from coal seams.
Hydraulic Fracturing, fraccing, or fracking (negative connotation now overly used), are merely a method. A method that was overly sensationalised by gasland and anti mobs everywhere. We've been down this road before many times...ZZZzzzz
Do you only choose to define whether gas is simply conventional or unconventional by a method of extraction? I'm not even a geo or engineer, but geez...
