here's my proposal (criticism welcome)

purchase a 2nd hand jaw crusher at about $250,000

if MCO does not have an old ball mill then puchase one 2nd hand at about $250,000

after the ore goes thru the jaw crusher and the ball mill crushed to about 0.1mm (100 microns) then wash it over an el cheapo wave table to recover about 65% (the wave table needs an operator to scrape up the gold from the wave table)

dewater the slurry from the wave table and send it to be toll processed to recover the remaining 35%

would this work? comments welcome
