I'm pointing out how easy it would be to get some cashflow going almost immediately (two weeks?). The primary crusher could be hired instead of purchasing - there are primary rock crushers for hire (transportable) at probably a few thousand per week. Plus MCO has an old ball mill I believe. I could build a wave table in a week.
Who quoted 4 g/t as being the cost of toll processing? That's about $170 per tonne. The cost of processing for most of the WA miners is less than $50 per tonne (if it was more than that then most of them would not be viable)
It's all a matter of economics I guess and I see my proposal as economic and I'd like to see others join in and demonstrate that it's not
