had a meeting @ 11am eastern. not sure of what the results are/were (i'm sure they will be announced today in due course) but on rough estimates if all resolutions were approved their shares on issue will double immediately, as will the options on issue (remembering that they are convertable at 20c).

i wonder if that has been taken into account by buyers (or if anyone even cares!).
