According to the Authorisation Process in NT
When a MMP has been submitted to the department with the appropriate forms, the plan is reviewed by Mining Officers to assess that all identified aspects of the submitted document have appropriate and reasonable risk management proposals suitable for the size and nature of the operation and that the scope of document covers all known operational issues. The department’s period for review of the initial information provided is 28 days, however this may be shorter for small operations such as exploration activities. If further information is required of the operator it is the operators responsibility to provide the requested information to the department within their own timeframes.

Will seek clarification by Emailing the company Today see what the issues is getting the Application Granted, having been held up by government departments before they will use the full 28 days then come back and ask for another signature etc etc, then take another 28 days to grant lol.
