It appears that RMR today announced that they have secured agreement to acquire THR tennements in the Fraser Range for a few hundred thousand dollars and 1.5% of Smelter royalties.
If this is correct, then it appears THR believe this is not worthy of market announcement.
In my view, if this is accurate, that this (the sale agreement) is gross incompetence by our board.
In addition, the failure to announce it is bordering on negligent and punishable by law.
I call on all shareholders to request the company an immediate extraordinary general meeting to remove the entire board.
If this sale agreement is in relation to THR's holding in this exploration license, then this is an absolute JOKE and this company is an absolute JOKE.
