To be fair, DMIRS are being particularly slow and difficult at the moment and that can effect timing, everyone works only 3-4 days a week and there is no handover if someone goes on leave. Now the PoW is lodged its a mandatory 15 business days, 3 weeks to approval, unless someone does you a favour and they are few and far between these days.
All things being equal the rods should turn before the end of the month. They are RC holes I believe, and not deep, so a hole a day?
