Not sure if this has already been discussed, but Colin Barnett's threat to cut the iron ore royalty concession for BHP and RIO should the takeover succeed, should be a big concern to holders.
Has Marius done the calculations on how much this will cost?
For mine, this is yet another great reason for BHP to ditch the bid. Of course, there are so many others.
If you want to show the world you have balls Marius, the really courageous thing to do would be to walk.
