I'd say very bulish. IF Russian supplies get taken out of circulation due to sanctions, that's say round figures ~20% global supply of raw and enriched U.
Then other sources of said products and in higher demand.
Seems both Germany and US have put Nuclear power into the the "green" category and will push it hard as part of their future energy mix.
EG: suggestions Biden will inject $4.3 bil into US enrichment industry, just the beginning.
