If the Upgrade tech isn't really what it is touted to be, then yes I agree a possible take over in a couple of years isn't a bad option.
If upgrade is what they say it is and works efficiently....Well in 10years EL8 might be the one doing the take overs.... It would be an absolute game changer for many of the low grade deposits to be able to increase grade by something like 50x before any other processing takes places. Massive cost saving!
