Great point mate, I have been hearing lately from the likes of Uranium Insider (Justin H.) and a few other analysts re the starting of this new contracting cycle has been slow, especially on the part of the US utilities and that's reflected in the numbers from 2023 (not shown in the posted graph).Any reasoning for June? Despite what I've previously said about the performance of EL8/explorers, I am extremely bullish on the U price and am aware that the term price is more relevant now. Though, it's not as accessible as the spot price, which I heard is becoming less relevant, and the term price is what the stocks will be based on moreso going forward.
I hope you're right and if you are, I don't expect there to be 'summer doldrums' in the sector in 2024 - time will tell!
