I think it's just more money starting to flow into the more junior and smaller cap uranium stocks.. as tends to happen in the uranium bull run (big caps always run first)
All the big cap stocks have done really well and outperformed (eg BOE, PDN, DYL, BMN), and now we're starting to see the juniors play catch up
If you look at the ratio of URNJ/URNM, the chart shows that the juniors are just about to breakout and outperform the bigger stocks
