I think it is the old supply demand fundamentals and while it isn't too bad at the moment all the players can see it coming . New reactors require feul the moment they are finished, yet it has to be bought in advance and a continuing steady source has to be maintained and everyone knows you can't let these things hang in the balance for long. So everyone is starting to position themselves without going crazy just yet or so I believe imho.
Thanks for your work in providing a charting perspective it's invaluable.
