Are we ready for a new high?

My last post was in January when I had mentioned that I had exited at 59.5 from my buys at 43.5 as I didn't like the price action as well as macro. But I have been doing the Weekly Reports on AGE thread. And in nearly my every report, since January, I have been writing that the next decent rally may come in April. This is April. I had sold out most U stocks in January, started buying 3 weeks back. Picked a fair few EL8 at average 48.

Things were looking great before Friday, but Iran/Israel situation spooked the markets. CCJ made a new high on Friday - intra-day - but gave away the gains later. So a small question mark on a rally that was looking most likely. I still feel odds are not bad, but its individual risk/reward.

Key number for me is to hold 50 in case of weakness, or to make a new high above 68 on strength. Rest is all daily churn.
