It could well be management are not up to the task in hand,i'm a carpenter and in the building boom handymen where passing themselves off as carpenters and making money now the boom is over carpenters with better service,good quality etc are still working solid.My point is management that where raking in money in the boom years before the 2008 meltdown had it easy its now when good or fresh management will come to the fore.
